DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS AND THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS, VOLUPTITUDE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.  WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCES.

**RETURNS & EXCHANGES**

 Returns are guaranteed a full refund if the merchandise is received within 14 business days and in its original packaging.  All returned merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged.  Returned merchandise must not have any perfume/cologne scents, other foreign scents, or stains of any kind in order to receive refund or be eligible for exchange. 

Once your return purchases have been received and inspected, we will send an email notification with our decision to refund, exchange, or decline you request.  The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges to return merchandise.
We only exchange items if they are the incorrect size or fit. Due to sizing variations we at Voluptitude understand that the sizing guidelines are not always compatible to our customers specific body measurements. If you need to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@voluptitude.com and we will try our very best to accommodate you and your request. 
**SALE & CLEARANCE** 

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will not refund or exchange clearance items. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 **LOCAL PICK UP **
 

Local customers will be able to select the pick up option at checkout.  We offer this option free of charge. There will be an email sent with our pickup schedule and location address.  Purchases will be held out of inventory a maximum of 48 hours.  If you fail to pick up your purchased merchandise there will be a 20% restocking fee applied and the remainder will be refunded to you.
