Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will I know my packages are being shipped?

A: You will receive an email notifying you that your package has been processed and set for shipping. You will then receive a tracking number so that you will be able to know the whereabouts and arrival of said package.

Q: If I change my mind about an item I purchased will I be able to receive a refund?

A: Refunds will be given if merchandise is returned within 14 business days of purchase.  Otherwise, you will receive a store credit.  You will be responsible for shipping charges of returned merchandise.  (Please refer to our Store Policy for more details.)

Q: Is there a charge for arranging to pick up my items if I am local?

A: There is no charge for pick up services. Those items will be held out of inventory for 48 hours pending pick up. Once 48 hours has passed you will be charged a restocking fee. (See Store Policy for more details.)

Q: When should I expect my order to be processed for shipping?

A: Orders are processed on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of every week.

Q: How do I contact the store if I have any questions or concerns about store credits, packages, or etc?
